We are currently located in Bombay, the commercial capital
of India, and are licensed by the Ministry of Labour. We have
recently diversified into recruitment for the International
Healthcare sector, however, our promoters have been in International
business for over 3 decades.One of our Directors, Dr. Mrs.
Neelam Goyel (MD. DCH) is a Medical Doctor (Pediatrician)
and is actively involved in the interviewing and selection
process. The Managing Director, Mr. Anil Goyel (B.Sc) has
an executive management qualification from Harvard Business
School, USA.
In order to ensure that we choose only the most qualified
nurses, we put all our nurses through an intensive admissions
program that is highly selective. As of now we have a searchable
database with over 1000 nurses and about 50 Occupational and
Physio-therapists that are registered with us and are ready
to start working abroad. We have close ties with large employers
such as NHS in the UK and several large companies in the United
States. We are in the process of forming strategic alliances
within Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada.
Here

make sure that our nurses are happy and comfortable. We understand
the pressures involved with working overseas and the social
and various other changes involved. Therefore, we have on

MR.ANIL
GOYEL, Managing Director, People Tree, BSc., OPM (Harvard
Business School, USA). Has over 30 years of experience in
International Trade and also lived overseas in Europe for
several years. He provides a wealth of experience and is closely
involved in day to day activities. He also maintains close
contact with Candidates and Overseas Clients.
DR
(MRS) NEELAM GOYEL, (M.D. DCH), Director, People Tree is a
Medical Doctor (Pediatrician) and is actively involved in
the organisation. She provides invaluable support and guidance
in the selection and interview process. She is also actively
involved in social work and works with a charitable institution
dealing with Mentally Challenged Children.
MR.
MADHAV SHANBHAG, Vice President, a Bsc and MBA from Bombay
University has been involved with International trade for
the last 14 years. He is involved in day to day operations
at all levels and stages.
MS.
GARGEE JOSHI, Sr. Recruitment Executive, M.Sc (Health Science)
is herself a registered nurse and has been involved in research.
She provides the much needed expertise and support to the
nurse recruitment process, which is the main stay of People
Tree's business.
